All cards can be personalised inside with a printed message of your choice (this does not include cards in the mix and match bundles and packs). Follow the instructions on the listing for printed message personalisation. Cards with a printed message inside can also be sent direct to the recipient, be sure to amend the delivery address accordingly.

I cannot accept any responsibility of delays in dispatching you order if you do not provide personalisation details. If I need to contact you and I do not hear back within 24 hours, your order will be sent out without personalisation to avoid dispatch delays.

I aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. However, in busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, bank holidays are not included.

Free UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery can be upgraded at checkout.
